How to Set Up IPTV on MAG Box

MAG boxes (produced by Infomir) are purpose-built IPTV set-top boxes. They use a Stalker Middleware portal system rather than M3U playlists, which makes them slightly different to configure than Android-based devices.

What MAG Models Are Supported?

All major MAG models work with Stalker portal-compatible IPTV services:

• MAG 254 / MAG 256 (older but still widely used)
• MAG 322 / MAG 324 (mid-range, 1080p)
• MAG 420w / MAG 425A (latest 4K models with Wi-Fi)

Finding Your MAG Box MAC Address

Your MAG box MAC address is required to activate your subscription. To find it:

1. Power on the MAG box and wait for the portal loading screen.
2. Press Menu on the remote and go to System Information.
3. Note the MAC address (format: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX).

Provide this MAC address to your Vivmate 4K support team via WhatsApp so they can link your subscription to your device.

Entering Your Portal URL

1. On your MAG box, navigate to Settings → Servers → Portals.
2. In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the portal URL provided by Vivmate 4K after purchase.
3. Leave the Portal 1 name as anything you like (e.g., "Vivmate 4K").
4. Press OK and then Restart Portal.
5. Your MAG box will connect to the portal and display your channel list.

Troubleshooting MAG Box Issues

• Portal not loading: Double-check the URL for typos. Ensure there is no trailing space.
• Channels frozen: Restart the MAG box by holding the power button for 5 seconds.
• MAC address error: Contact Vivmate 4K support to confirm your MAC is registered.
