Set Up the TiviMate Player with Vivmate

Set up takes 5 minutes. Pick your device below or message us on WhatsApp — our team can walk you through it live.

TiviMate Player (Android TV / Fire TV)

  1. 1Install the TiviMate player on your Android TV or Fire TV device via Downloader or the Amazon Appstore.
  2. 2Open TiviMate and select "Add Playlist."
  3. 3Choose M3U URL or Xtream Codes login — whichever you were sent after subscribing to Vivmate.
  4. 4Enter the details and confirm — TiviMate downloads the channel list and EPG automatically.
  5. 5Set your favorites and channel order, then start streaming.

Firestick / Fire TV

  1. 1From the Firestick home, search for and install the Downloader app.
  2. 2In Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options, enable Apps from Unknown Sources.
  3. 3Open Downloader and enter the IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate APK URL we send you.
  4. 4Install the app, open it, and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  5. 5Enter the username, password and server URL we email after your subscription.

Smart TV (Samsung / LG)

  1. 1Install Smart IPTV or SS IPTV from your TV's app store.
  2. 2Note the MAC address shown in the app.
  3. 3Send your MAC address to us on WhatsApp.
  4. 4We upload your M3U playlist to your MAC — restart the app and your channel list appears.

Android TV Box / Phone / Tablet

  1. 1Open Play Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate.
  2. 2Choose Add Playlist → Xtream Codes (Smarters) or M3U URL (TiviMate).
  3. 3Paste the credentials/URL we provided and tap Add.
  4. 4Wait for the EPG to sync, then start streaming.

iPhone / iPad / Apple TV

  1. 1Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the App Store.
  2. 2Tap Add New User → Login with Xtream Codes API.
  3. 3Enter your Vivmate credentials.
  4. 4Save and enjoy 20,000+ channels and full VOD library.

MAG Box / Enigma2

  1. 1Send us your MAG MAC address on WhatsApp.
  2. 2We add it to the portal and send back the portal URL.
  3. 3On the MAG box: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  4. 4Paste the portal URL and reboot. Your channel list will load automatically.
